Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

WE PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING THROUGHOUT INDIA. 

Please expect your order to be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Orders received on Sundays or holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

During busy times, like holidays, there may be processing and shipping delays.

Please note that we cannot ship orders to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require additional days for delivery.

General Scenario

If we have already ‘processed’ your order by the time we receive a cancellation email, the order cannot be cancelled. Uzaira Advisory (parsanatherapyplate.com) reserves the right to decide whether an order should be cancelled. The customer agrees not to dispute Uzaira Advisory’s (parsanatherapyplate.com) decision and accepts it regarding the cancellation.

If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer the best alternatives, but the customer’s choice is final. 

If the customer has paid, a 100% refund will be provided if the product is unavailable or not shipped.
